We're an accounting firm based in Brisbane, Queensland.


Yes.  Whilst we're predominately a virtual accounting firm, face to face discussions can be held upon request. 


Simply contact us, and we'll respond as soon as practicable.


Phone calls and meetings are not charged. Emails are generally not charged unless they contain tax advice specifically requested and engaged.


Fees will be agreed prior to the commencement of any engagement, and will be estimated based on a number of assumptions. If the volume and/or complexity of work required to deliver our services differs materially from our original assumptions, we will discuss this with you prior to commencing any work.


Please contact us for a initial discussion, which will provide us the opportunity to get to know one another. In particular, it will allow us to understand your specific requirements.


If you agree, we will then contact your former accountant and arrange collection of any documentation that they may hold.


It is good practice to inform them (either by email or phone) to advise of your decision.


No. We do not offer this service due to the onerous requirements and costs associated with providing said service. Fees are required to be paid via bank deposit.


ATO regulations require registered tax agents to verify all client ID. We are required to ensure that it is you who is lodging your tax return.
