Yes. We're a virtual accounting firm, meaning that our discussions will occur either via phone, Zoom/MS Teams or email. However, face to face discussions can be held at the Principal's discretion.

Phone calls and meetings are not charged. Emails are generally not charged unless they contain tax advice specifically requested and engaged.
Fees will be agreed prior to the commencement of any engagement, and will be estimated based on a number of assumptions. If the volume and/or complexity of work required to deliver our services differs materially from our original assumptions, we will discuss this with you prior to commencing any work.

If we agree, we will contact your former accountant and arrange collection of any documentation that they may hold.
